Safari - Our Stop at Sweetwaters Serena Camp

The second half of the day was spent at Sweetwaters Serena Camp in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Serena Lodges is very supportive of our program, and treated us to lunch in their newly redecorated dining room. For the students, this was possibly their first time to dine in a restaurant and they took it all in stride. Afterwards, we planted trees there at the camp, which is a project that Serena Hotels has also been helping with back at the school. As the bus started to head home, we stopped at the Equator, which runs right through Ol Pejeta, for some pictures. It was a great end to an amazing day.
