Feast Preparations: Nov 18th

Butchering the Cattle
 

The feast preparations start early in the morning and include the butchering of two cows, which are donated by the organization.
 

The cooking is all done over wood fires, the primary fuel source in rural Kenya.  All the  fresh ingredients are grown there on the local farms.
